傳基居士，本姓周，名重基，生於民國三十九年。八歲即皈依廣欽上人，授「傳基」為法號。為人剛正，不容小惡；然心存惻隱，不吝於解人困惑。執業命理，逾三十載；博通經書，深明佛理；品論時人，別具特識。一零一年卒。
